~daboobz also asked me to make a general tutorial to go along with the commission, so, here it is. I can't really teach things like anatomy or colour theory in such a tutorial, but there are plenty of better tutorials for those on deviantART. but hopefully some of my tips will help. If anyone has any questions, go ahead and ask!

which doesn't excuse the error in my handwriting but ssshhhh

oh! I should mention that I work with Photoshop. I've never used SAI or the Gimp or other alternatives so I don't really know how well this process will work for them.

handy tutorial, with great annotation.
A must reference for GTS fans.
Ever consider writing a how to guide, but with elements of/ in conversation with McClouds picture theory (from Understanding/Making Comics 2005)?
Itd especially be a good guide if you could show rare angles like top down or perspective (like worms eye view, dutch angles etc).

I've not heard of that book (I assume), but I'll look it up. I don't know too much technical information about types of layout and composition, but I can totally do something on extreme perspective if I get the chance.
