Out for a Stroll

Commission for bouncymischa of Mischa (in thought balloon, eh, eh?) turned into a ballon Shantae by Kreizen's character, Kaitlyn. I experimented with a bunch of things here, from the thought balloon to the balloon-within-a-balloon legs aaannnd just painting the balloon character. I was tempted to use an airbrush and layers to shade it (like I've done in the past), but I figured I'd try to use normal painting methods.
